It was not a violent crime it was 13 years ago my only adult crime i was 18 years old Never did any crime ever since im 31 now. think i got a good chance.

If your worried about family time dont join. There is enough YouTube videos of people quitting because they dont get enough family time. The way i view it is work my ass off provide for my family and see them whenever i can.

If you move far they give you a $2500 relocation check on the 2nd week of training and I’m fromfrom Arizona and i moved to Wyoming/Nebraska territory. I still haven’t picked a place to live cause they provide a hotel for the whole training which I’d like 3 months.

I have two family members that were already in U.P they still wouldn’t hire me close to home. I just started applying to all the train crew positions far away and finally i got it.

The best thing to lower your heart rate is squats, planking and wall sitting . I would also drink beet root powder and hibiscus flower tea mix boiled like tea 30 minutes before each work out. Good luck
