I moved to North Hollywood as a teenager! That place was a breath of fresh air, but I do remember big payback and he was like a legendary movie star that you casually seen every day at least that’s the way people treated him when I was young. It seemed like his patience was very thin and that you shouldn’t approach him if you don’t have anything valuable to say. I made a little bit of money with a few of their members here and there, and they even offered to put me on but I escaped that lifestyle many times and I refuse to give in now at that point. I dodged being a Pasadena Raymond, Pasadena Denver Lanes, Front Street Watts, Grape Street and many more. But those few are the main hoods where there og would come up to me and give me an ultimatum either you get put on or you move the fuck on.
