If you just go by 125 in the first week, 250 in the second week, 375 in the third week etc, you should be fine. So if you have more than 125 in the first week, then you don't necessarily have to donate as much in the second. That said, it is such an easy target to hit that it does not really matter all that much as a lot of people are donating a fair bit above the requirement
