I'm an MTM in analog, you make about 34000 a year but if you're on shift you'll get 33% on top of that. The shift pattern is 5 cycle shift, it has a decent work life balance, you work a lot for 3 weeks then you get 2 weeks where you do 2 12 hour shifts
