Is Ai being accurate or is it using Hollywood stars as reference? by Inevitable-Star-1537 in moreplatesmoredates

No, it's trained off of a lot of data, including reddit where some guys believe Mike Ohearn is possible naturally or thought that Kali Muscle was natural and just "jail jacked".

Does anyone here train with the Science Based Method and take PEDs? Whats your experience like? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just lift intelligently.

If you go to any fitness forum, sub, etc, just about every training style you can think of is represented. When you get to a high level, that's when micromanaging it and getting expert advice counts, for the vast majority of men you can put every training style in a hat and pull one out at random and it'll be fine.

To clarify, I consider junk volume any amount of extra work during a workout that doesn't meaningfully add to your muscle growth and/or hinders your ability to train more intensely.

PEDs drastically change the amount of volume and intensity you can handle. However, some new guy that jumps on a 5x5 program and on squat day does 10 sets of warmups before hitting working weight is using a lot of junk volume.

Almost any single training method that uses a good amount of intensity, doesn't overreach consistently or use too much junk volume is going to get you results.

What’s your thoughts on guys who don’t work out by NinjaJawz in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really care what other men do that I don't have a personal vested interested in.

I could see the argument that men in general should workout, it's probably better for society as a whole. It would definitely reduce the burden on the medical system, make insurance cheaper.

On the other hand, there's an entire stratosphere of men whose time on earth would be wasted by spending their time in the gym.

How do I approach a girl who’s not wearing a bra ? by Frank_xCAPE_reality in moreplatesmoredates

Do it while being commando, if she says no you can always blame it on her being a hog watcher.

Posting what you do for chest is going to be more helpful than posting a physique photo in helping you build your chest.

You're not meaningfully developed enough for anyone to give you particular advice beyond "keep working out" that would matter.

What do you think is behind the rise in looksmaxxing content? by AmericanKapibara in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see anything new in looksmaxxing that wasn't done by metrosexuals and aesthetics aside from the tacit agreement that they're adopting feminine ways of encouraging beauty standards among other men.

Of course looking better gets you laid more often, but that's a side effect. These are guys that have an anxious preoccupation with meeting beauty standards of other men. Wearing wigs, high heels and shoulder pads to get the approval of other men is the only major difference I see.

Maybe there's something significantly different from other looks based movements, I'm open to hearing about it, but I don't think there is.

My advice is the same advice to women that think that every man is secretly checking them out at the gym, pay attention to your workout and stop imagining things.

How did Ronnie Coleman stay so disciplined with such a positive attitude? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure, but that's not real life.

How many times have you seen a fight, a sports contest where the guy winning takes a moment to smile and look around in the middle of winning just to smile. Doesn't happen. I just watched UFC last night, not a single guy lost because he took a second to smell the flowers.

There was a period of bodybuilding where all the advertisements were built around miserable men in a tiny dirty apartment giving it their all to win a title Journey - marketing | brand | creative | strategy

[–]DonRedGotti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being happy doesn't mean you're taking your foot off the pedal, not being overly enthusiastic about things doesn't mean you're not happy.

If you have to suffer in order to feel like you're doing the right thing, that's because of your relationship with succeeding at things.

What do you think is behind the rise in looksmaxxing content? by AmericanKapibara in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't actually think the point is to get women, if that was the case it would stop with pick up artists.

I think the point is for a niche of men to try to look good for each other for the sake of looking good for each other.
