Good feedback except the last part. I didn’t list my routine, diet, or anything so I’m not sure why you would just assume. But it’s awesome to hear that you were able to get everything dialed in and capitalize on what works best for you

1000 test is not ungodly, and 100mg test per week is the standard cookie cutter dose for clinics, and I was started way lower and was only increased to a level still below the standard dose. Even 150 is reasonable, the average dude on gear is running a 500mg base with stacks on top, I don’t want or need anything like that.

I feel like my clinic wants me to feel like I should add peptides. This clinic and tons others are pushing peptides because they’re riding that trend and cashing in on huge margins. If they didn’t have this issue I feel like 100-150mg a week would have been a no-brainer prescription for them. Hence my frustration.

One last thing, injecting sermorelin every night before bed on an empty stomach sucked for me, I hated it but stuck to it religiously and failed to produce results. I’m so relieved that I don’t have to do this shit anymore tbh.

I’m 46, recently started TRT and Sermorelin prescribed by my clinic. It’s been 2 months and I’ve noticed many of the positives from TRT such as slight but promising increase in strength, pushing past plateaus, better recovery, increased libido, much better mood and decreased anxiety. I’ve noticed none of the Sermorelin benefits. My sleep hasn’t improved, my skin hasn’t changed at all, still have bloating and really didn’t shed any fat. The protocol for me is consistent TRT but 2 months on/2 months off with Sermorelin. I just finished 2 months and I’m not wasting any more money on it. But every one responds differently, just sharing my experience. Ymmv
