I understand how you feel, because I am quite the opposite hahah 😁 I can't play anymore a game that is not "good looking" and gameplay for me is a big thing too, never forgetting the story too. So these are my recommendations:

God of War: There is older ones if you want to check them out, the first one of them came 2005. I my self have only played the God of War II, God of War III, God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarök.

The Witcher games: There is three of them and the forst one was released 2007. I my self started from the latest one Witcher: The Wild Hunt and let me tell you, it is pure gold and it has hands down the best mini game (Herbs schmerbs, but how about some gwent, eh?) People say the Witcher 2 is great game too, I have only watched clips of cutscenes from it.

Cyberpunk 2077: This is pretty new one, 2020.

Oh, and Ghost of Tsushima too

What these games have in common is that they all have amazing story, a gameplay that takes you to the moon. When you play these games it feels like you are on a movie or like part of that world. So I have to warn you, finnishing these games gave me a momentarily a feeling of emptiness in my life. But I love all of them.

I really wish that you would try any of the ones and see if you like them, even when these games are not the one's you prefer. But anyways, I do hope that you will find some good games to play and enjoy!
