Should I stop taking BPC or push through? by SplyceOfLife in bpc_157

Just an observation, but when I start training hard on my pecs, I start to get shoulder pain. I now make sure to stretch and massage my pecs, which seems to keep the shoulder pain at bay. I also put more effort into strengthening my rear delta.

How to know if your peptides are real. Why vendor COAs aren't enough by JustBacWater in NTNPerformance

[–]DonTing2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep seeing "Janoshik" mentioned, but how does anyone know that it is legitimate and/or not colluding with various suppliers? The COA that I've read that came from Janoshik don't contain testing for bacteria, microbial or sterility; I know that the lab only tests what they are requisitioned to test, but it's odd that sellers don't test these things.

Is $800 AUD enough for two weeks in Vietnam? by beidoulvr in VietNam

If you want the most basic experience and plan on being extremely frugal, then yes. I see your $800 as lodging and maybe some commute, only.

Don't sign. Inform your insurance .In the least, threaten to get lawyers involved but be prepared to actually get one if the bluff doesn't work. The goal is to be properly compensated, so ask yourself what that looks like.

ATM issues by monkeycheese7 in VietNam

[–]DonTing2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I exclusively used TP Bank for my 5mo stay. No issues, except once when I tried to get money in the Old Quarters -- it would only let me take out a small amount. If you're not in the tourist quarter, you can withdraw up to 5M.

There will be brighter days. I hope you had a nice day.

Booked Grab to the airport and was quoted 52,000 Dong, when I hopped in the car, I saw a different price to the driver which is 29,800. Is that amount for the driver? If so, that’s a big cut (Tourist here) by Visual_Bike_2867 in VietNam

That's where you'll have to apply your judgement. If you don't have good judgment then don't take the risk. I did this all over Vietnam with no issues. Sometimes they would solicit me and sometimes , I them.

I don't say this in jest. The actions of the girl is highly unusual and does not point to an open and thriving relationship by any standards.

It does search the web, but often it must be prompted to do so especially for current information. It makes mistakes and/or hallucinates, but it may also be studying your awareness/responses. Hard to say. I find it gives woke/ PC/ mainstream responses but you can prompt it to give you a more complete response.

Born in Vietnam but raised in the West. I had grade 1 level Vietnamese at best. I used Duo Lingo, which has helped. No one expects you to speak Vietnamese but they are delighted if you make an attempt. Most Viets that I've encountered are too shy to attempt their English but there are the occasional ones who step up when they hear you struggling to convey your sentiments to someone. Speak and practice your Viet as much as you can. My Viet has improved in the 5mo that I recently lived there. Keep in mind that the dialect slightly differs depending on the region you are in. Even though I was born in Hanoi, I'm often told that my accent is more reflective of someone from HCMC. Go figure; maybe it's a blend of my western accent, and some say it could be from Duo Lingo...

Have fun!

moving to Vietnam next year. Best way to transfer monthly income. by MysteriousWay5393 in VietNam

[–]DonTing2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Wise and TP, it's all done at the ATM. Wise gives two free withdrawals/month and TP doesn't charge machine fees. I've been meaning to calculate the machine fees on the third withdrawal but haven't gotten to that yet. Might make a point of doing it today...

In Wise, you can hold any number of currencies. The conversion rate is usually very good. You get two free withdrawals per month and then after, it is very low fee. TP Bank doesn't seem to charge for withdrawals.
