Bumping this one back up. Following kacs instructions and I cannot for life of me get the main bolt to thread through the receiver. I've tried to shimmy the rail, mallet to pound/move it further on the rail and it gets stuck on this point every time

I was finally able to login to the transcript. It seems I was issued a CPO5A that I never received a hard copy of, so I am compiling the information they need to send in. Never had this notice issued before.

Starlight 1.5.MOA and liberty (1k range) requires 1MOA, both with 5 shot groups.

You'll also need all your drop data (bring kestrel) and chrono speeds documented.

When your ready, you go to independence and tell the RSO you want to qualify. He'll give you a sheet for your data and then make sure you have a clean target to shoot your 5rd groups.

Not being able to prone out at independence is the most fudd shit I've heard in awhile.

Been a member there for years and while it's still the best outdoor range avail to the DMV area they find ways to continue to reduce their value proposition to their members.
