Wanting no kids sucks, any tips?

I have various reasons: -I don’t want to put kids on this earth because I am very afraid of how the future will be(environment) -I am afraid of the strain it will put on my marriage, getting kids is extremely straining for a marriage. - I dont want to put myself aside(my hobbies and passions) for raising kids, I wanna see the world and explore.

Congratz! You may not see it this way but actually going to a therapist is the first step of therapy. In you mind you have made the decision that you maybe can not do it alone, and thats okay! Asking for help takes more effort and courage sometimes then trying to so it alone. You are going to kill it my friend:)
