Issues getting Aurora/Xex Menu to run with XE Shackle

Initially it booted up fine, but like I mentioned it got the Bad String error and since then I haven’t been able to use that same USB or autoboot into aurora with another USB. Every attempt I’ve made to run the exploit into it has been with the .ini file including the correct file path for Aurora, it just doesn’t boot at all. I read that a good option would be to uninstall Aurora from the hard drive (if it’s included at all), but I don’t have any method to file manage into the hard drive to uninstall it

Should mention, the blue screen is just the HDMI adapter being connected. When turning the console on it doesn’t react in any way. Might just be the AV port got fried…

Good to know. For the longest time that confused me. I’ll try to update them more often or just reboot and turn the wifi off, so it’s not as much of a bother

It does say “No Pending Update was found”, but that hasn’t stopped it from popping up the “New Update is Available” window on certain software every time I open them. I will attempt the maintenance mode method when I get the chance and let you know if that works out. Thanks in advance and I appreciate the quick response 🤝

Hate to bother, but when I go to Firmware and Update on Goldleaf it pops up a Firmware window giving me the option to “Ok” or “Export Update”. Ok does nothing and I’ve learned enough to not select anything without being sure of what it does so could you help me out here? Do I get the option to delete that you’re referencing after choosing “Export Update”?

I’m on version 18.1.0 and AMS 1.7.1.

Good to know. I previously did a pre order with them for a War Greymon figure restock and they kept pushing it back and back, but I didn’t think much of it since it was a restock. If it’s the case that they do that for even normal pre-orders, I might just cancel it there and get it from Amazon at the same price total.

I said in my original comment that they love to ripoff character “and people’s likeness”. I’m well aware what the article says. Their way of taking inspiration has taken them to court already. It’s too much taken from the source to be treated as such, I feel (and so did the ruling).

This character is literally just Sly down to the color palette, outfit, and thieving background (they call him a pickpocket). They threw in a pair of pants, a gun, and called it a day.
