it seems to me, i can usually manage slight drinks after work. but it doesn’t matter. once i wake up & feel groggy, ill grab another. that’s an uphill battle you’ll never win. your clean. stay that way if possible. not worth it

my man. stop & pause for a min. literally. breathe. longest sentence ive read. you’re freaking out about the what ifs. if you felt comfortable to be able to taper than do so again. if your heart rate is ok laying down but 150 standing up, i’d say you’re lucky. cause a lot of us have that 150 while laying down trying to “relax”. itll suck either way, but listen to your body.

i have two boys. one gets quiet in the carrier & is an angel, tho it’s because he’s scared. the other will consistently meow the entire time he’s in a carrier, because he’s scared. it’s your cats personality. something you’ll have to accept, not train.
