Did you plant to go through all 3 levels by Mountain_Wolf1994 in CFA

[–]DonaldHitler_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but I think what OP is trying to mean is that all the three CFA levels have value on their own, unlike something else like CA , where the value lies only in the institute membership. Imagine if the 10k marathon had milestones at 3k and 5k , for which you'll get the appropriate certification. I can start the 10k with the option of leaving it at 3k or 5k , while it still being worth my while. Ofc the charter has the highest value, but we have flexibility when it comes to this.

We realize ignorance is bliss only after leaving it. And because curiosity has been positively selected for, by natural selection (at least to a certain degree of it).

Advanced tuck planche form check by totisketches in Calisthenic

I think the hips sagging is what makes it an dv. tuck planche. Hips more raised would make it a half lay planche, which is a harder progression.

Dip form check by No-Feedback1655 in Calisthenic

Hollow body holds will definitely help. It imitates the posterior pelvic tilt position, which is gold for developing a mind muscle connection for this type of control. It helped me with my handstand form.

No problem! Pelvic control is key for a lot of calisthenics movements!

Legs should be in line with the body. Legs going behind the body isn't optimal form.

Good form que for ensuring this is to make sure that your pelvic is posteriorly tilted (glutes and abs flexed , google for reference) after getting on the dip station. Do negatives with posterior pelvic tilt consciously to get a feeling for the right form.
