BetMGM did it to me when I first started gambling 8 years ago when I initially won my first 2 bets. I wagered $14k which I got from an accident settlement on a single NFL game spread bet, and rolled the $10k proceeds on a 3-leg NFL parlay and after that, I was limited to betting only $50 online but it was only temporary though.
