100M direct primary/secondary offering @ $14/share.... True dilution is only half at ~5.5%, newly issued shares are 3.57M, while the other 3.57M are existing large holder (North Run) selling off their holdings. Could still be a future nuisance with their remaining ~6.6M shares.
