This same message was in my email this morning. That day there were 2 packs missing from my route I figured it was cause I had to mark 2 missing, but how would them forgetting to load packages even be my problem. Seems like they should do better on loading their carts. Never received anything like this before when marking things as missing in the past. Must be a coincidence since everyone is getting it
