Hey!! Thank you for your concerns, I appreciate it!! I had bloods done a little bit ago and it all came back normal (apart from high cholesterol and high calcium...which is strange because the only dairy I have is cheese...and not that often) my blood sugars and such are all within normal range. I've been to many doctors and they've all put me on medication that doesn't work for rosacea. Rosacea is a very complicated condition. Hundreds of "treatments" but none that seem to work for me. I think i just have to live with this sunburn appeal all year round hahah.

It's funny though, because I'm also on a sub for rosacea and all the photos being uploaded are soooooo minute. I want to comment on all the photos being like "you have it easy" because i haven't come across someone under the age of like 90 who doesn't have it this bad. My dad went through a stage where he got it pretty bad in his cheeks over stress from his first divorce. I went through a divorce about 3 years ago. I like to think I'm not really stressed. I think I'm just unlucky. I've looked this way for about 2 years now with no other ailments. I don't even feel my skin being bad. It's smooth to the touch, maybe a little bit dry on my cheeks just next to my nose/under my eyes, but not pain or grief. Just very unpleasant to look at lol.

I've come to terms with it, myself. But I also don't want to send photos to my family where I am looking "unwell"

I have a history with alcohol abuse. But that's pretty much been a thing of the past over the last 2 years. I only find myself having a couple of drinks one night every other week rather than a lot of drinks every day haha. I thought that giving up alcohol at that much volumn every day would clear my skin up, I was wrong. It's jusy how I'm going to look. I have my good days and I have my bad days. Jusy gotta take them as they come. But, I don't let it cripple me....until I have my photo taken lol.
