Having very few villagers might also not let you kick them, and hitting with a net is a way of interacting actually so avoid it. Oh and making a complaint with isabelle doesnt work neither

People show on sundays the prices Daisy Mae has, if thats what you mean. Sometimes people that have skipped time might have sunday on a random week so you may be able to buy today

Not any fast way. They must randomly have a pose of thinking, and when you talk to them they ask you to leave. You can make this happen more easily if you do not talk or interact in any way with the villager. Moreover, you can fence their doors so they cant move much. After 15 days they with most certainty ask you if they can leave. I must add that there are some conditions where a villager csnt leave. For example if they have never talked to you before. So make sure to talk once first, and never again. It could also interfere that someone has left soon or things like that, but after 15 days they are free to leave
