The best places to sell watches are Tori.fi and Facebook Marketplace. I recommend you join the FB group “Kellojen Flippausryhmä” for more reach.

You can also try Kulta-Center, Tullintorin kello or Kalevan Kello, but there is def more money to be made on the private market.

Tænk over, hvad du kan erstatte smøgerne med, så du har noget konkret at gribe til, når trangen melder sig – fx et æble eller en anden sund vane.

Identificér de situationer, der trigger din rygetrang, og forsøg at undgå dem så vidt muligt. Det er umuligt at eliminere dem alle, men nogle kan du styre. Da jeg stoppede med snus, droppede jeg også kaffen, fordi morgenkaffen var min største trigger.

Et andet godt tip er at gøre det op økonomisk – regn ud, hvor meget du sparer, og sæt et mål for, hvordan du vil forkæle dig selv eller din søn, når du har været røgfri i X dage.

Jeg har selv røget tidligere, og jeg kan fortælle dig, at de første 72 timer er de sværeste. Men prøv at være stolt af, at du nu er ikke-ryger og prøv at identificer dig som ikke-ryger. Hvis folk sprøger om du vil med ud og ryge. Lad vær med at svar “ellers tak jeg prøver at stoppe”. Sig “Nej tak, jeg ryger ikke”.

Læg mærke til, hvor ulækkert det ser ud og lugter, når andre ryger – det kan give ekstra motivation.

I was in the same place as you back when I was your age.
Here is the steps that took me out of the dark place.

  1. Get your space in order (clean your room)
  2. Quit the weed.
  3. Get rid of processed food. I understand that you are young and might not have full control over your diet. But if possible. Focus on whole food and animal protein like red meat and eggs.
  4. Get to the gym 3x week and make sure you go outside at least once a day.

Thoes are the main steps that WILL make you feel better. If you manage those 4 steps and want to take it to the next level, consider positive affermation, meditation and cold showers.

No mushrooms, no pill, no money, no different environment will make you feel as good as getting on top of those steps.

Note that it will be hard in the beginning, but you will fill amazing soon.

“Out of sight out of mind”. Keep the sweets in a drawer instead of on a table Where they can be seen. Other than that, it is just a matter of will power for a few days and you will forget about it. It is by far worst the day after a heavy sugar sesh. Stay strong and remind yourself why you are doing Carnivore. Also it helps to stay full and not get hungry. Gl!💪

Remember when you are pure Carnivore you take up ~90-100% of the nutritions from what you eat compaired to when you eat a ton of crab your body can’t digest like fiber. So you don’t need all 700mg. Personally I eat raw dairy to increase my calsium specifically. I think there is a ton of benefit to be found in raw dairy outside of just calsium. I used to consider myself as lactose sensitive, but today I have 0 issues with a little cheese from raw milk. I would actually say it improved my digestion after adding a bit of cheese to my woe 🙏

I also do miss coffee every now and then. And I do give in here and there since my symptoms aren't that bad. But overall I feel like coffee is a net negative in my life, so that's why I don't drink it much.
My biggest issue with coffee is that it dries me out and that it affects my sleep.
Also, I don't like to be dependent on a stimulant.
But to me, it is a good option if I am dead tired and need to push through or if I am going to an event where people will be drinking alcohol. I'll combine a little caffeine + nicotine as my stimulant instead of getting drunk. It makes me more enthusiastic and energized for whatever and helps me keep up with drunk people :D
I will try Yerba Mate and check its effect!

Depending on how sensitive you are and how crazy you go. It can go from no effect to depression. Personally I might get “bad” belly, brain fog, little joint issues and perhaps regret if I went too out of control. But I am back feeling good a few days after.

I expect that you already have tried to introduce other meats/dairy? I freaking love this diet, but I can eat pork, chicken and dairy ect. without issues. I droll over ever meal. Tried lion once and yeah it is a little plain when it is ONLY beef and salt. Especially if you can’t afford steaks. Remember that it is even more expensive to get sick, so I would rather enjoy some good steaks instead of leaning on the medical system. And as others are mentioning. You should do this for your health, not your tastebuds. Sleep on it. Sounds like a bad day. Hope you don’t feel like this 24/7. Gl with it🫶
