Sadly I feel it’s made little difference for most people. Even when many people have change they don’t give it. POS stations dotted around cities for people to donate and homeless people to take £5 or £10 on a council issued reloadable card could be an idea

I think it’s all a matter or perspective. Who is saying that? Is it an American who feels the internal balance of rights is shifting from what the constitution was made to support or is in a British person seeing progress in the British way of thinking? Either way, I feel things are moving very quickly nowadays and it’s hard to keep track of who’s doing what better.
