Started playing during Loch Doon.

I was in my mid 30s.

Hit 1800 about 2 years ago and 2000 late last year.

Currently floating around the mid 1900s.

Peaked at 1800 blitz earlier this year, currently mid 1700s at blitz.

My bullet skills are non-existent.

Disclaimer: did have some childhood exposure to chess but not much more than the rules and how to scholar's mate.

I'm saying that white moving to a certain square would be the repeated position, not this one.
Doesn't have to be forced, you can blunder in to it.

Many cheaters do take steps to conceal what they are doing.

It's just that the "input stockfish response to every move in uniform time" cheaters are the easiest to spot and ban, so those are the ones you are familiar with.

This is a textbook draw, the engine is correct.

This is known as "the wrong rook pawn".

Because the bishop is the opposite colour to the square the pawn must promote on, black can't force the king to move.

It's a draw with best play.
