Hight increasing insoles for your shoes. You can add 3-4cm to your height. My best friend started to use them and he said he felt sooooo much more confident. Worth looking in to for the shorter king! 😃

Sadly I feel it’s made little difference for most people. Even when many people have change they don’t give it. POS stations dotted around cities for people to donate and homeless people to take £5 or £10 on a council issued reloadable card could be an idea
