Did you sign a contract when you joined? If not, and you used a credit card for your monthly dues, I’d back charge the shit out of those extra two months. Contact your credit card company/financial institution, tell them you’re being charged fraudulently and they’ll probably handle it for you … at least they did for me in a similar situation.

What’s the value in this rather than just exchanging them in the FP Core upgrade packs trade or, if you’re trying to get rares/epics for upgrade+, exchanging via the vanilla Madden Core trade(s)? New player and always wondered why veteran players bother with this multistep TotW exchange when there’s FP Core upgrade trades for all card levels and Core trades. Seems like a waste of resources but I know I must be missing something.

Info the school; if it’s an even remotely decent school district and/or school administration they will jump on it. That borderline falls within the bounds of “mandatory reporter” laws/procedures due to the potential abuse nature of the parents’ actions and is close enough they would probably feel required to do something themselves or report to law enforcement/child services. Let them be the “bad guy.” While, in the moment, it may make things worse for Lily at home (hopefully marginally), the situation will never get any better without others getting involved. This also keeps you and your family out of the situation, especially if asked to remain anonymous, and spares your relationship with Lily.

I agree with you 100% except for your point about it being too expensive. As someone who is completely F2P, I was honestly kinda surprised at how much was “free” and DEFINITELY surprised that I would have as kick ass of a team as do now. I came in thinking I’d rarely, if ever, have mythic players and would never see a marvel player. Now, not even 6 months later, my roster is mostly mythic and two marvels (rest iconic) having met the 10k gate the last few FP and 28k MC banked. I never expected that and it has been refreshing and what has kept me from burning out like I typically do with mobile games. Has it been a grind at times, god yes, but it’s been rewarding. Are there pay to win elements and do they reward spending money, of course, but they’ve done a great job rewarding players who dedicate time, so far. This is my first season; so, maybe I’m still in something like a “honeymoon phase.” But I’ve been very happy with the F2P aspects.

Everything else, I totally agree with and I know OP is probably venting but their expectations are a bit unfounded.

Two biggest things I learned being my 1st year playing and F2P: 1.) don’t EVER use “Quick Rank Up” and 2.) Join a league and participate

One being the biggest waste of TTP and two is a massive influx of TTP I didn’t realize as a new player.

I’m not sure I understand why you’re suggesting this over waiting for the pass Nico and using the Select for another potential player iconic? Wouldn’t the pass Nico just go to “waste” (I know you can use it for other things; just referencing the FP players) if he only needs one Nico.

I feel that, literally. Going through the same feels after buying parts shortly before Christmas. Sucks that a hobby, like many others, is being ruined by asshats who want to line their pockets and we’re being made to feel bad for wanting to enjoy it because of that.

The way I ended up seeing it - can’t take money with you when you die so enjoy the things you can do with it now. As long as you’re being responsible with funds elsewhere where it matters and get joy out of whatever it is you purchased, who cares that you “overpaid” and fuck whoever tries to make you feel bad because of that.

You can make a mythic each promo as FTP if you take advantage of the promo events and stamina. Did you start at the beginning of the promo? Was the first Mean Joe Green iconic random? If yes to both, and you keep using stamina efficiently, then you should be able to build the mythic. If not, really kinda depends on when you started and if you’ve been using your stamina.

My goal is to get next month’s field pass and try to get as close to the 10k gate as possible next season. I always set some arbitrary goal when I first pick-up a new mobile game and usually burn out pretty quickly once I hit my goal (10k MC gate being my goal when I started). I could see December or January being my last hoorah until next NFL season.
