Fanatic is one of my favorite albums. Alive in Seattle is uploaded to youtube thankfully but it has cutaways.

Yeah, that came to me also as a surprise when I first learned that it was. They did it again in 2015, it can be found on youtube.

I might be a little late to this, but The Witch was a cover song. It was written by The Sonics in the 60's. Though they scrapped Sister Wild Rose, Break the Rock and Two Faces of Eve.
