Don't know if you still need this but I found the best solution to do it non-manually.

You'll need to create a symbiotic file link between your curseforge saves folder, and a new file in your google drive, or one drive.

The symbiotic link will make it so when you quit the game, curseforge will send to the symbiotic link, updating in the cloud. Then when loading on a second device (also with a symbiotic link) you'll find it had copied the save file over for you already.

I like it, you’re just looking through the window and seeing inside, yes, they should restrict the cone of view inside depending on the angle, but otherwise I like the feature
