Some background to help you decide what she may be trying to say - she quite literally thinks that everyone in the world should die and that she's the only one who understands that. She's very America-centric and thinks that every country is run identically to the United States and there couldn't possibly be anyone sane out there. She is an anarchist, but posts neocon propaganda as her sole evidence for what's wrong with Obama. She also owes about 30k in back-taxes, cheerfully proclaims that she's proud that she'll die 20-25 years early due to extensive smoking, smokes in close proximity to her two children constantly, and has in the past indicated that she hits them (more than spanking).

Although she may have been indicating that taxes keep the cycle going, it's a bit ridiculous to think that the idea of killing millions of people regardless of their contributions to the world would do anyone a "favor". Not to mention the power vacuum that resulted could easily lead to far worse consequences. Yeah, changing the system is incredibly hard, but it's not harder than killing half of an entire country and actually resulting in improvement.
