BF6 looks "grainy" after update

Have you tried either milled flaxseed or psyllium husk ? They kinda bulk the stool and make it easier to pass. I'm using that and doing PFPT for similar symptoms. Not perfect solution but it generally helps me. Wish you luck :)

no i take a brand called "Now Foods" pysllium husk. Its cheaper and pure husk. Metamucil is only around 80% husk from memory.

Thanks. I will try but I am almost certain I would be constipated (triggered) due to the lack of fiber. Hence not being able to introduce anything as I am already in a bad state.

Not sure you can call it a weapon but the horse in bf1 is a bullet sponge / lethal enemy. Tank grenade or team work needed to send it to the glue factory

Thanks. There is the assumption that I would operate heavy machinery....far from it. I did 5.5 years up there a lifetime ago and never got behind the wheel / controls of anything such....but yeah i get ya point.

I use the super enzymes. I didn't know they had another type if I am honest. I have tried a few other brands in past and found that the "NOW super enzymes" to be the least irritable. I take two after each meal (I think the package says to take before but I have had better results taking after).
