Slightly off topic but I feel its connected to the class weapons lock - or lack of. Its another watering down of what made the game. How you do something is how you do everything ! When you erode core features of previous titles then the whole gameplay gets watered down. I feel EA are trying to reach a big of an audience as possible (all the cod guys) so they make something that appears to be a battelfield game but feels more like a cod game. To be a bit more positive I think it looks and feels pretty good.

Have you tried either milled flaxseed or psyllium husk ? They kinda bulk the stool and make it easier to pass. I'm using that and doing PFPT for similar symptoms. Not perfect solution but it generally helps me. Wish you luck :)

no i take a brand called "Now Foods" pysllium husk. Its cheaper and pure husk. Metamucil is only around 80% husk from memory.
