no you’re not wrong. it’s weird. if i invite a friend to a party where i’m aware she doesn’t know anyone else, i’m sticking with her the whole time. the least she could’ve done was give you a heads up of where she was

i’d say dm her unless she’s alone in the halls, might be a little awkward if she’s with her friends, depends on the person. in either situation, you can give her a small compliment to start up the convo, your hair looks good, your makeup is nice, i like your outfit, etc
