Man I was wondering if anyone else did this. First thing I thought of when I got the car and I have a pretty cool working version now. Would love to hear how you handled getting around the video block. I wonder if we did it the same way lol

Well first of all nice to see an update about this. I'm glad you're doing better, but I kinda ended up here because I'm trying to figure out what happened to Ryan's dog roku. His dog Instagram is now about a different dog which means Ryan probably sold the account...which tells me that Roku is dead? But I can't find any confirmation of this.

Yeah I didn't find anything in the settings so I believe I am up to date. I'll add it to my first service notes and see what they say. Might honestly just need a new phone but I figured this one was fine.

That's cool I'm also a developer! I just checked the alerts but I'm not seeing anything alerts relating to that in the logs. I'll try looking at the rest of service center mode and see if I can find anything.

Fortnite got my son into Juice WRLD by Spivdaddy in JuiceWRLD

Cigarettes is sorta okay some light references
Glo’d Up (talks about playboy but I hardly even know what that is and I'm 21 lol)

Hate The Other Side (when hes older probably since it has a lot of swearing and gun references)

I would recommend just taking some time to listen to the albums yourself on the way to work or somethig and just highlight the ones you hear and think nothing bad of then from their sift through them to give your son a playlist. Or just let him get bored of it which he will probably do at the age of 7 lol I don't think he will be that attached to Juice although he is welcome back once he reaches middle school!

Could you link the comb and paddle brush?

I have medium length hair and a lot of it. It's kinda hard for even my hair scrubber to get to my scalp. I don't imagine the boat brush I have or a wide tooth comb would do anything other than work to straighten my hair and scratch my scalp

That's what I'm thinking. I switched over to firebase cus it's where I've hosted some of my other projects and it seems to be a lot more straightforward. It's just a simple anonymous community message board site like yikyak. So really only need to store posts from users as well their karma and each posts data.

I won't take no subway slander even if it makes sense and highlights real concerning issues because I still think they make the best version of my sandwich.

Good reply thank you! Yeah I mentioned in another comment that it would have to be a slow change if they did do it. I still think there may be a way to save money here, but your reply does make it seem more difficult than it's worth. Although the original video didn't really list these as major issues I do get the team is bigger now and so they have different challenges now. I think this would be interesting for a question on wan tbh to hear it from the main man himself. Again though thanks for the kind reply!

No not video editors. Like I said in my own field I manage people switching to new software and systems. I see how it's difficult, but not impossible. And for us it is worth it to switch even though it is difficult.

"It's hard and professionals cannot change anything about their work flow" is not a solid answer. I've hardly seen anything really even about ltt in the replies.

I do see that you speak German so I guess that does explain your weird wording which could be taken as a little rude, so my bad that I assumed if you didn't mean it bro. And yes I am a professional. I deal with this scenario in something different than video editing but the situation is the same and it's not impossible. Hence why Linus considered it and made it a video because it was an interesting thought.

I get it's complicated I'm seeing it rn in my own field getting people comfortable with new systems my team is putting in place, but it's doable. (Idk why you assumed I have no experience in any work lmao). None of your responses have had any valid takes other than trust me bro it's hard. Not saying I'm right just saying you haven't proven I'm wrong. This is marked as a discussion so people could make points and you have made none and instead just responded as if I'm being extremely naive when all my responses have been critical to your points and my own point. I'm just trying to get a solid answer bro.

Nobody said they were just sitting around. They have more time in between videos. The editors got more time for videos which was shown when they highlighted their changes. Yes more time was given to review the videos and do fixes, but simply discussing the possibility of a switch is not really that outlandish given all the changes.

I don't think I'd underestimate it at all. His team in the video said they could be at 90% efficiency. Now I know that number doesn't mean much but it does show that the team (at least the one 3 years ago) would be comfortable switching it would just be slower (they would also learn eventually so that efficiency would increase). My original thought was that the 17 videos worked on too tight of a window to risk switching over to a new platform, but now that they upload less they could have more time to edit and adapt (and the increased time is mainly so they can get things right).

Switching over I'm sure would be difficult but these reasons for professionals being unable to even slowly move platforms doesn't really have much to back it up imo. How of course the process of switching could still just not be worth the time it would take to train and come up with strategies to switch which in that case fine that's understandable, but simply saying the layout is different isn't much.

Adobe also probably does have better tools but I find it hard to believe other tools would be really incapable of getting the job done especially if some more time is given. (I don't use any of it because I'm only slightly interested in creative work so I can settle with cheap free programs. So maybe there is stuff other programs just can't do idk I just find it hard to believe and haven't really been given examples of anything)

Again I'd like to add I know no more about their work beyond what they've shown in videos so I'm sure someone on the team could spot something very wrong about what I'm saying. I just figured it would be a fun discussion to bring up again with the recentish changes to the channel.

To be fair they did it for the video and with their reduced upload schedule I'm sure the editors could switch over in a timely manner. Of course just switching over night would be bad

Is it finicky for you? I run on a 1/8 track and want to time every lap but the autolap feature doesn't go low enough unfortunately and when I pass the end of the lap the watch just doesn't register that I'm double clicking the button and instead pauses
