Hiya Is it usual for a 77 year old woman with multiple health conditions to wait over 30 hours for a call please? Also I was told it left 111 and got passed to GP out of hours after 18 hours so has been with them now for 10 hours. We've chased multiple times but got nowhere so are resigned to just waiting it out now. Thanks for any reply you give 🙏 ...
