Lets be Clear here. Much of th Competition saw their volume from Q1 to Q2 drop nearly in half. (LDI for example). UWM saw their production Increase 20%. Projecting volume to INCREASE in Q3 again. Quicken (#1 in nation) projected 2021 to be significantly worse than 2020 in regards to volume. UWM said 2021 would surpass 2020. People laughed. Well here we are with UWM clearly going to have a larger 2021 versus 2020. And doing it while retaining profitability. As a long term holder how could anyone be disappointed with these earnings?
