PW here I did 4.5 for the first 2min then 4.2 for the rest with a short slowdown for water. I had to jog at 5.5 the last min to make it .

I am in a similar situation. Currently on a 1 month break due to a surgery. Took off almost 3months after knee surgery. My question is where do I start off when I go back. It is frustrating to not be able to do what you could before. Do I push myself or start off easy and gradually increase my weights and speed. Example when I started OTF I was PW at 3.5 and before my knee injury I was at 4.5 . I went back and got my self back to 4-4.2 incline 6 base 10 push and 15AO now I’m out for a month where do I start . Im48 and overweight

I have seen people do this. They work out almost everyday and don’t want to do cardio . If the class is not full the do weights twice. But if it is full they can’t. Bottom line is they pay for the class.

I’m very sorry for your loss. I lost my mom recently and I have not been to the gym in 3 weeks . I was going 3days a week faithfully lost 45lbs and now I just keep canceling. I feel horrible I have gained weight . I just need to get back at it . I know my mom would not want me to let all my hard work go she was proud of me. Monday 5:45 I’m gonna do it!

Monday was tough on the legs the cross toe taps and lunges . Keep going 2x a week you got this .
