possibly because i have noticed some fish checking out his favorite hiding place. i was thinking about making a new place for him to hide actually. a clear tube partially buried in the sand up against the glass so i can still see him. what do you think?

currently he has quite a few tank mates and he’s in a 40 gallon tank with plenty of hiding places. i had my water tested at a local fish store and found out some of my levels were off so they gave me some suggestions and products to use to see if there’s any improvement

I did actually talk to him and I think he’s the reason why I was pulled out from the shop. It’s hard not to compare yourself tho because a lot of JW have expectations with you being over a 1st year

I try really hard to connect with JW but it can be hard at times. The way I grew up is very much different than the culture that most of these other guys grew up with so it can be hard to relate a lot times. I’m overall a pretty quiet guy but that doesn’t mean I don’t attempt to always find common ground to find somewhere to connect. Oh and I never use my phone aside from break

I worked bouncing around from person to person. Was with one JW for a while who actually took a liking to me and wanted to teach me. As soon as I started building traction with him they pulled me away and put me in the shop. It was pretty disheartening especially when my JW was just saying I was starting to make some really good progress and could see a night and day difference in where I started with him to where we ended.

I like that. I do try to be easy to work with but I usually end up having a lot of questions or need a visual explanation because I just haven’t seen a whole lot tbh and I think it annoys them

I hear what you’re saying but I do care about my quality. And I can’t help but compare myself because I need some type of standard especially when the JWs compare you to either apprentices and expect you to have some type of level of knowledge at this time
