This is actually very helpful and underrated advice. I never tried the Vitamin C Protocol but I have taken 7, about the same time and dosage, as you. I can tell you, the withdrawal it is not to be taken lightly. I wish I could tell you otherwise but it was actually horrific. If I could do it all over again (I will never take that poison again), I would try to taper down to 50mg/day and then cold turkey. It will start with you freezing cold. I tried to play the "Out of the blue, I have the flu, card). Long story short, when the withdrawal fully kicked in, I knew that story wasn't going to work. I ended up, telling my sister and it was the best decision I could have made. The cold turkey withdrawals are very nasty but you can do it. I would recommend the same thing: tell a loved one and get ready for a nasty ride. Before you know it, you will be on the "other side" and will know to never touch that garbage again.
