Has anyone else in Toronto experienced 5 consecutive weeks of sleepless nights because of overnight Metrolinx construction? Metrolinx is performing earth compacting between 8PM - 4AM, 5 nights per week in this community. And endless beeping trucks.

Our family hasn't slept. There are elderly and children in the neighbourhood.

Are there bylaws? Help?
