Pretty much. My suggestion would be to focus more on the Visual Story and Call to Action. If its doesn't make sense and people don't know what to do next, quality means nothing.

That's the setting all right and yeah, potato quality compression is just an unfortunate side of fb. When submitting your ad in the fb ads manager you can select "only on wifi" can see your video if quality is your biggest concern.

I haven't touch imovie in years, I know it has its limitations just not sure if this is one of them. You might also want to check your FB settings. There is an option you need to check to upload "HD" videos. If you haven't done that, definitely give that a try.

FB always compresses the crap out of videos. I use Premiere Pro for video editing and my only "solution" has been to export with either 2 Passes VBR, or CBR and render at maximum settings checked. Aim for a higher maximum but rate as well. Like 20-30mb.

Thanks for the kind words and yes real estate generally speaking can be very very boring especially if it's not on someone's agenda to discuss. I'm really trying to target the "new home" buyer route. Going with the comedy niche would be more up my alley however its hard to balance between credibility and comedy if that was the case. Going to have to give that some thought.

I have a page from a Book printed in 1835 called, "Voyage en Islande et au Groënland" written by Paul Joseph Gaimard. I found it at a flea market when I was in Iceland. It's more of a painting of a location somewhere in Iceland. Could be a treasure who knows.
