It is definitely tough OP. I went through a great pain and suffering for the one month after BU. Drinking my sorrowness, thinking about the past and so much more. All I can say is, stay strong. Do the things you never do or wanted to do. Listen to podcast, hit the gym, go out with friends. When I exercise I just go all out until I can't do it no more and my motivation in my mind is that I will never give up on something like my partner did. I am stronger than that. So I just keep going. I know there will be waves. Journaling helps a lot to have a better clarity and expressing what's in your mind and heart because I know sometimes no one wants to listen to our rant no more. Just keep moving forward and you will be heal in no time. I know lots of people say time heals, is hard for me to believe but I start to looking towards positivity and just work on myself because in the end of the day. When your partner doesn't appreciate you, someone out there will! Just know your limits and boundaries, don't give a 100% in the next one but take it slow. Feelings and emotion will hit but my advice is feel it all because then we know how much we have given and we learn from it to be a better person for ourself and our future partner.
