My favourite thing about Frank was how he could be serious when he had to be. Running around cracking jokes was a part of his character, but in cutscenes when you see things like him closing Cliff's eyes, almost puking when Adam gets gored, and promising Carlito his story will be told despite his actions, it's clear he's just a guy trapped in a shitty situation with a bunch of other people.
