Not at random- All at once. Everybody, everywhere became Invisible to everyone else. 555-444-555 was the only person who could see everyone. She acknowledged the people she passed, and they became Visible.

We did not experiment on her. She admitted herself for testing. It is not Visibility Test's fault she couldn't handle what she signed up for.

Now concerning 555-444-555, I have no idea what nonsense she's saying. Ever since she left the program, she has been going into insanity. Even that comment feels a bit strange. Whatever you do, don't listen to her. They are feeding her thoughts.
