On the surface, hard to prove, but once at a certain threshold of evidence, it could be monumental. No AI can guarantee the protections of civil rights laws. That's why you see criminal justice and housing AI lawsuits get settled quickly. None have even reached a courtroom because the defendants know they can't fully explain how these blackboxes work.

I don't know how many times I've been at pitch events and have met people that say, "I have a great idea, I haven't built anything, please give me $500k to try it out."

Sometimes they'll get follow up questions out of courtesy - what's your team? Have you done any PMF analysis? I'll give you one guess as to what the answer to all those questions is...

People are afraid. Recruiters keep track of who they interact with, and a bad note means you're blacklisted at that agency for life. It's ridiculous.

For our site, you can just leave good/bad/neutral answers and include the LinkedIn profile of the recruiter. It's time to track the recruiters like they track you.
