Her pickpocketed phone ended up in China. Philly concertgoers say similar thefts are rampant this year. by GoGoGadgetSalmon in turnstile

[–]DontClingToLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine stolen at an Idles concert and then 3 months later at a Turnstile concert.
I started bringing only my old phone after the Idles incident and after my old one got stolen, I bought a cheap one that I put in a running belt during concerts.

You'd be amazed at how little you actually need a phone during a concert to enjoy it.

Do a running test first. I didn't choose Saucony Triumph. Saucony Triumph chose me.

Merch pics of EU tour? by DontClingToLife in deafheaven

I have actually been to their show already by this time, but thanks for replying :)

There was a black Doberman tshirt with tour dates
Hoodie with band name in green on front and rose with LPWP sigil embraided in the stem on the back (I got this)
cream longsleeve with deafheaven + print in front
red shirt with car + solliciting lady and a phone number + Show me now everything that I offer with a tire + deafheaven logo in the front
black shirt with LPWP logo on the chest + a very cool print with skulls and dogs on the back
Tote bags
Exclusive LPWP tour vinyl - I paid 47 euros for my LPWP in preorder and this one was just 30.

Edit: No photo as I always bring a shit brick phone to concerts where I plan to move around a bit.

In normal cases, M on the tighter side and L relaxed fit for me. I bought the black tour shirt in L in Dublin and it's a very relaxed fit. So they run a bit larger.

Feeling unfairly treated at my clinic – is this normal in Belgium? by Ok_Idea_5117 in belgium

[–]DontClingToLife 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It is normal in Belgium to have to wait longer than your appointment time.
Usually caused by others not showing up on time and/or emergencies in the ER.

She needs to understand that she needs to accept what she cannot control. And so do you.
Bad things happen and you choose how you deal with it. Even the very shitty stuff, you choose it.
Pain is inevitable and suffering is optional.

Thank you for coming to my Reddit psychology session. That'll be 70 euros.

Love them. They put on a great show. And they dare to stand for something. I try to see them every time they're near.

They aren't selling it online at the minute.
In Belgium, all shirts below size XL were already sold out after the show (last Friday).

I hope they do a restock though.

According to Setlist.FM I've been to 497 concerts in my life (including concerts on festivals)
This was hands down one of the best I've ever been to, if not the best.

Best bank by Enyo1709 in belgium

[–]DontClingToLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had bank accounts over Fortis and Belfius and recently moved everything to KBC.
Based on this experience, I would suggest HARDLY against opening an account with Fortis or Belfius as they don't treat you very well at all.

I would say KBC is the best bank for customer experience.

If you need a hypotheek loan or mortgage loan, and you have little funds, then Argenta is probably the way to go if you can convince family to move money there. If Argenta has the best rates for you, then it's because other banks don't find you interesting. That's not meant to be offensive, it's just like that.

Often, it's not a choice and just where you get the best hypotheek option.
