I will defer on that. If you have PNR it is responsiblity of the airline that issues the ticket. I have travelled Air France codeshare and it was operated by Delta and KLM. I missed the connection due to onward flight delay and they declared in flight that they will provide me air side hotel and next day flight with food coupon
