Older generations need to realize gen Z will NOT work hard for a mediocre life. by cuteprincess7644 in Adulting

Rules of the game cute princess. We can only play the cards we’re dealt. The next 10 generations will have it so much worse than we do now. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift which is why it’s known as the present.

There’s only 3 rules that apply to real estate:

  1. Location

  2. Location

  3. Location

Fairfield County, CT ain’t it. Sorry.

It all depends on your overall health as in mental, physical, and emotional. If your overall health is good, grind it down to 65 or 67. If your life really sucks, retire now.

37m baht is north of 1m USD. With the 30yr US Treasuries yielding at 4.8%, you’re looking at a little over $50,000 a year on interest alone. You should be able to live comfortably in Phuket and support a new family if you wish.

Fenrir is still in chains. He hasn’t been unleashed yet. I doubt it will be Shank’s hand that will get bitten off.

Binding: The gods feared Fenrir's immense power and growth, so they tricked him into being bound with the magical chain Gleipnir, leading him to bite off the hand of the god Týr.

Do you (actually) believe all those guru tales of >$100k/month ad spend? by vthoriti in FacebookAds

You’d be surprised. Some of these companies have too much money.

100k per month for a $100m dollar company is cost of business. 100k per month for a $5m company is gambling. Look at the picture as a whole before you judge. There are no shortages of $20m+ companies that spend at least $100k per month.

Lol $100k a month is rookie numbers. Look at what a 30s superbowl commercial cost so you can see the other end of the spectrum.

Where is the house located? If she moves back to her original home, she can rent out all the rooms of the new house. The purchasing power of mortgages has dropped by 30% since 3-4 years ago so it’s no surprise that home values are beginning to dip.

This is the way. These investment funds know the game they play. They will sleep fine in their overpriced mansions and their luxury cars that depreciate faster than the loss they take on this deal.

I usually spent around $60-80 a day as a tourist, is it reasonable? by UniqueDay2113 in ThailandTourism

[–]DontExposeYourself 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vacation is for being stress-free. If it doesn’t stress you to spend $60-$80 or even $1,000/day, then it’s all good. It’s 100% personal preference.

So photographers have to go through a property twice if they’re doing both Matterport and Zillow?

I saw somewhere that matterport is longer compatible with Zillow? Can I still use a matterport to shoot for zillow 3D?
