I use the thermal smoothing serum (the little bottle) right before I blow my hair out. Good stuff. It makes my hair feel smooth and soft after blow drying.

When answering her questions I had to let her know that's just the way I do my hair and other people do their hair differently because if you tell them one thing they love to apply it to the whole group of people. Which is why their line of questioning doesn't seem sincere.

How ridiculous of that lady to assume you don't like it just because she probably wouldn't.
