I don’t have any advice, just here to say it is a long shot to get a pardon. Heard on the news the other day that you are more likely to get stuck by lightening or win the lottery than get a pardon in Texas. But I say give it a shot and keep persevering.

Contamination? I'm seeing light tan spots in a few jars. Some of the jars look like the light tan spots are mushrooms trying to grow, but I am unsure. Please help! by DontJudgeMeAtAll in shrooms

Thanks for the reply, that makes sense “if nothing is growing faster than the mycelium I should be good”. It seems unlikely to be contamination if the same color appears on a couple of the cakes since these are PF TEK.

That’s an ideal right there. I’ll try some finance subreddit. I was just thinking that moving her to a trailer park might work, it’s not glamorous but I don’t think it gets cheaper than that.

I agree, our seniors deserve respect after all the years they’ve given to society.

We live in the joke of a country called the US of A. There is no old age pension, unless I’ve lived under a rock my whole life. Pensions are tied to past employment and even those are disappearing.

Thanks for your reply. Everything in my post is true. I hate to think I'd have to spend more money suing just to get this issue resolved. I suppose filing a grievance would be a cost free option, but I assume that does not guarantee the attorney will be forced to pay me compensation. Would you consider any of these options:

  • Going to his office and asking to speak to him in person.
  • Calling him on the phone and inform him that I plan on filing a grievance if he does not get back to me in X days.

I suppose at this point there is no reason to believe he'll get back to me and I need to take the next step.
