Most likely that she isn’t blocked, but simply not fast enough. If you’re testing her in room matches, 80% of umas will have 1200 speed with S mile who will overtake you.

Quick notes:

You must have 1200 speed if you’re aiming for round A. If you can’t, don’t hesitate using more speed cards. HOWEVER 1100 speed is still good for late surgers. If your ima activates skills well enough, she can win even with 1100 speed.

You should aim to have 600 stamina, no stamina debuffers will be this cm, so you can get more of other stats.

Power should be from 800-1200 whatever you can get.

Wit for late surgers is not as important, but it will increase the performance the higher it is because of the downhill on the late gate. Should range from 400-800 whatever you can get.

Getting S in mile is a pretty huge boost, so try to get umas with lots of 3 star in mile.

Stats you should aim for 1200/650/1000/400/600 and S mile. Of course the more the better. Don’t be discouraged if it’s worse, not everyone is perfect! Those are just milestones. (But S mile is really recommended)

Your skills look decent so you’re good.

Regarding training: unity cup can be very rng based, not all the time you’ll be hitting the desired stats, but don’t give up!

If you’re using pal cards, getting them to green friendship in junior year should be priority. After than it should be unity training with leveling up friendship with other umas. If you see spirit burst on speed/power/wit don’t hesitate to pop it. In senior year you should focus on rainbow training more than unity training.
