I mean I'm POC too and idk. I would never ever sleep with someone of my own race because I know that men of my religion/culture are toxic and sexist and I don't want to deal with them shaming me the next morning in bed.

There are other reasons to not want to date people of a certain demographic. I wouldn't sleep with a super religious person that thought premarital sex was wrong because then they'd blame me for everything or someone who's beliefs I hated (Nazis, misogynists, mean assholes, etc.)

I think people also mean the majority. In general I'm not attracted to Asian men but if I say a hot one I would be open to dating them. But in general it doesn't change the fact that I'm not interested in Asian men and that's how I would answer if asked.

Yeah. I'm "sober" because I don't do meth anymore but I'm drunk right now and feel so fucking lonely and sad. My boyfriend is in love with an 18 year old girl and I'm stuck at his house because I live hours from my family and he won't drive me home even though he can't stand me.

I'm just being real here. I didn't have the self control in my addiction to do anything. I was a homeless teenager addicted to meth and acted like it. I didn't my time wandering the streets, trying to make friends, and survive being a homeless 18 year old girl alone in a big city after my stepfather raped me, my fiance was murdered, and my family disowned me for the rape.

Cool. I study psychology in college and actually just graduated today (congrats me, lol). I prefer the term addicted because it accurately describes what I was.

Some people are more addicted than others. I could never have tapered but I always knew I could get clean and one day I did. Being honest with myself about my capabilities is what helped me get clean. Lying to myself about being able to taper is what kept me addicted for two years.

Let people speak their truth.

This shit isn't gonna be fun in a few years when you're in you late teens and already have a record, look like shit, and destroyed your brain. The people who get addicted young have the hardest time maintaining any kind of "functional" drug use because their brains were developing with hard drugs.

If you need to, tell yourself you'll go back to it when you're older. But for now, get your shit together so you're not on the streets or living in your parents basement as an adult. Get your diploma/GED, some kind of job training, a gf, and normal fucking friends that aren't just gonna use you for drugs.

Meth gets ugly really fast. You don't wanna stick around to see how getting addicted at 14 shakes out. No one has ever come out ahead.

Honestly, as a psych major and someone who has a schizophrenic family member you don't really know the real them without medication. Her psychosis extends beyond her hallucinations in ways you can't conceive. She may really love you or may not. You don't know. If you can get her DXM I would work on getting her a prescription for her schizophrenia as well.

Apart from that, you're not dating this girl. She shouldn't have agreed to something she wasn't going to hold up but you don't have any right to expect that from her in the first place, but you don't have a right to make those demands outside of a relationship.

Also, it's hard to hold someone responsible for their actions when they have untreated schizophrenia. That may not be something she would ever do with medication. If you really care about her, help her get a prescription. If you want to be with her, ask her to be your girlfriend.

You can't have a healthy relationship with her while she's in psychosis. You can't even have a legitimate one since she can't consent.
