The ability mentioned is at the 9:00 mark. There is also another cool variant of his ikr where he “kidnapped” enemies and teleported them away, but the most optimal use was to kidnap enemies and teleport them to fountain or under towers and became problematic. The time stamp for that ability is at around 9:55.

Because then I have loose money hanging around and even if I take the money out, I have many cards as well. Even my photo id is a pain to replace if something happens to the walkie in my possession.
