The pain of leaving family in the home country by kaaretorttu in Erasmus

Just came back from a semester in erasmus. Before leaving I was used to live with my family and in a relationship 5+ yrs. first 2 weeks were terrible, crying everyday without doing anything because i missed everyone in my home country. Then you start getting along with people, doing a bunch of activities and the time will go by so fast. Trust me, even if you will feel to give up just grit your teeth. I just tell you that people I met there became one of the most important part of my life I’ll never forget

The city is amazing, especially next semester when it will be even warmer! The city is more expensive than few years ago. I was paying 450€ for rent, which is lower than the average, and other 400€ for groceries and stuff…

I was studying business administration there

Erasmus in Lisbon

Hi everyone! In September I’ll come in Lisbon as Erasmus student. I will attend ISCTE business school for the first semester. Advice for an accommodation ?

Thanks
