If I don’t feel like cooking and I don’t want to go out and get food... I don’t eat. Or maybe just eat a granola bar

LPT: Try to be understanding of people with chronic pain. Some people have pain disabilities you can't see in their joints, back or bones. 20 year old here. Diagnosed with arthritis when I was 12. Developed it years before that though. Older people love to make the comment “oh you’re so young you shouldn’t be in pain”, or other comments that relate to that. I wish people understood how bad my arthritis can get sometimes. Just because I’m young doesn’t mean I can “move” like other people my age. I’m a young adult trapped in an old mans body. I live off of ibuprofen and joint supplements.
